(They can feel free to respond if I misunderstood, but I was quite thorough in asking, like I said I was skeptical).Did however do the Twaxed pre roll, and got one free, so 17$ for 2 is pretty good.But PLEASE fix your menu!You say BOGO right before 3 and 4, why did you stop using that term if it still applies? 3 and 4 say NOTHING about buying anything. The pre roll was Really good which is why this isn't a 1 star review. The concentrate is on the inside, and in the paper itself so once it's cherried it smokes way better than any type of shatter cone I've ever tried. The Grapevine was also very grape-y and tasty. Using distillate lets the flavor of the flower still come through more and burned to nice white and light gray ash, indicating proper flushing of nutrients.Fix your false advertising and I'd be happy to amend this review to the amount of stars those Twaxed pre rolls deserve: 5EDIT: Response to Zen.Perhaps you could've worded it better? Made me feel extremely welcome even before I was a customer. The manager Cory actually did me a huge favor that no other dispensers I called would do for me. I just received my medical card in the mail the other day and it had someone else's picture on it. As you can imagine I was extremely upset and angry mostly. So I called the my doctor and it was on the July 3rd at 4:56pm so of course she was gone for the week. So I called the state health deparent and they told me that it's at the description of the dispensary if they would like to medicate me or not until I get this issue resolved. So I called several dispensaries in my area and all of them told me the same thing, no.
Then I called Zen and talked to Corey and he told me to bring in a couple forms of ID and he would take care of me.
So I came down to Zen talk to Corey, showed him the forms of ID and he proceeded to let me in the dispensary and let me shop. I was taken care of by Britt from that point forward and Britt was super friendly super knowledgeable took very good care of me and I left a very very happy customer and I plan to go shopping there today as matter of fact and I would highly recommend this dispensary to anyone seeking quality highest medication in a friendly and discreet setting. Special thanks goes out to Britt for her expertise and positive attitude. This dispensary is great for convenience if needed. They had two security officers checking patient cards to walk in waiting room. 1st time patients have to fill out paper work.

They had a TV was playing some daytime soap opera. Then my name was called and I was escorted to dispensary display cases, (which being my 1st time visit) which was only 2 display cases which was small section. The budtender was very kind but only encourage me to buy what he liked. He did listen to my issues for like and dislikes of my strain sections. Not his preferable choices (and that's why I AM BUYING IT AND USING IT NOT YOU) and I did eventually get what I wanted. futhermore I did purchase 2 PreRolls with my other purchases, but those were the BEST PreRolls so far I have found. Oh they could of been rolled better (I don't think PreRolls get rolled by hand anymore. SUCKS! The pre rolls would of been the BEST IN TOWN (that I have found) IF they were rolled by hand and not a machine tho.
